Selecting future professionals for industry
An innovative approach to identify talent was pioneered here. An electronic application is followed by a psychometric evaluation questionnaire. This identifies 25 personality factors with pointers for improvement. The test is followed by a personal interview with faculty members.

Selection Process

  • Step 1 – Complete the application form by providing the necessary details. Click Here to Access the Application Form.
  • Step 2 – Proceed to the payment gateway to make a payment of Rs. 2,500/- (Indian Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only – which is non-refundable, non-transferable and cancellation of registration payment) for the basic online assessment. The basic assessment test is carefully designed to evaluate individual strengths and preferences.
  • Step 3 – After the payment is successfully made, you will receive an email containing the electronic assessment link.
  • Step 4 – Following the assessment completion, a personal interview will be scheduled.
  • We will short-list you based on a collective assessment and a Personal Interview.
